  • MaxTrack Plus is an innovative bus and child tracking solution developed for schools with a large number of children travelling in buses every day. It is a combination an online Vehicle Tracking Solution with a GPS/GSM Device and a smart card based time attendance system.

    Each child is provided with a smart card which can be tapped to the device to mark the entry and exit of a child from the bus.

    From the vehicle, the device sends real time latitude and longitude information to the server and also the information on children boarding and alighting from the vehicle.

    Using the information from the device, MaxTrack offers an easy to use online interface that allows the administration to track vehicles on Maps along with a host of useful reports and set up alerts on specific events such as overspeeding, detours, undue stoppages etc.

  • For School Administration
    School Administration Can now:

    • Complete reporting to track fleet usage and performance.
    • Monitoring driver performance – over-speeding, undue
    stoppages, detours.
    • Automated attendance management online – daily/monthly
    reports.
    • Enhanced security by tracking the boarding/de-boarding
    time /location of each student.
    • In case of emergencies or accidents, the bus can be
    immediately located and assistance rushed.

    So while it would be difficult for the school to ensure that no female student travels alone in any of the several buses on any day, Maxtrack Plus ensures that the school has the necessary real-time information to take corrective action.
  • For Parents
    Parents can now be comfortable about their children taking the school buses. Complete information and security of the child. Based on the plan requested, parents can get instant SMS alerts when:

    • The bus is about to come to pick up or drop the child.
    • The child reaches school, so you know he’s safely reached.
    • The child has left the bus at any stop other than the regular
    one.
    • The bus has any undue stoppage at an irregular place.
    • There are emergency situations/rescheduling of buses.

    At any point of time, when the bus is getting late, parents can SMS “TRACK” to 54959 to get the current location of the bus.
